If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Items shipped fromCompuWorld Systems can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment with only paying the shipping fees.

Returns will be processed only if:

  • The product is not damaged.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

 

  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
  • For defects identified outside the 7-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on product details page.

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to 2-3 days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

Shipping Policy:

To place your order:

  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Select an Egypt address to deliver your items.
  • Delivery time will be from 3 – 6 working days.
  • Items requiring special shipping and handling (for example, items that are large and/or heavy)
  • The address and mobile number must be Egyptian data and written correctly.

These items are marked on their product detail pages and will ship separately from other items in your order.

  • There are limitations, which prevent us from shipping certain products to some geographical locations in Egypt. These restrictions can be related to local laws and statutes around hazardous material, large and oddly shaped items or CompuWorld’s policy.
